Accessing and Using Digital Products

Thank you for purchasing your digital product. Please follow the steps below to access, download, and use your product.

Downloading your product

Use one of the following methods to access and download your product

1.      Direct download: the easiest way to download your product is to download it directly to the tablet device you want to use it on. After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with a link where you can access and download your product. You can also log in to your store website account and download your product there.

2.      Download to another device: if you are unable to download your product directly to your tablet, you can download to another device. For example, use a desktop or laptop computer to access your email and use the download link to access your product. Once downloaded, use your usual method for transferring files to your tablet,  for example using email, USB cable, or Bluetooth. Methods will vary according to your preferences and equipment set up.

Using your product

Your digital product requires an annotation app and cannot be used by itself. There are numerous free and paid annotation apps available for both Android and IOS tablets via the respective app stores. We especially encourage you to visit the link before opting for a paid app as some apps have bugs which may affect your user experience or introduce unexpected behavior. Your product has been tested with a wide sample of popular annotation apps, we cannot however guarantee that it will work will any specific app. In case of issues which manifest as apparent bugs, we recommend contacting the app vendor’s support team, or simply switching to another app.
